Peppermint tea is a drink that is either a mixture of tea and peppermint (Mentha piperita) or a tisane (infusion) of peppermint alone. This drink is said to have health benefits. It is sometimes called mint tea, a phrase that could also refer to tea. Tea made solely from peppermint leaves is naturally caffeine-free.









Peppermint tea benefits are widely-acknowledged the world over.

An herb prized for its medicinal benefits and distinctive flavor, peppermint (Mentha piperata) is a naturally occurring hybrid of spearmint (M. spicata) and water mint (M. aquatica).

Once a bag of herbals or flowers is opened, The herbals could be kept in ambient and dry conditions such as in the living room, the study or the office, but it must be completely away from light, moisture, smell and heat.

The quality of the herbals lasts longer if they are kept in the fridge. But please make sure the package is sealed and cover with a box to insulate from temperature change.
